Gacha Princess Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

indoor (the "Developer") explains below how information is handled in the Android and web editions of Gacha Princess.

1. Game save data

Coins, tickets, Magic Crystals, owned equipment, enhancement progress, story progress, and settings such as language and volume are stored on your device to operate the game and restore your progress. The Developer does not operate a server that receives these game saves.

Depending on your device settings, Android may back up this data or restore it when you move to another device. These operations are handled by the operating system and the backup service.

The web edition saves this progress and these settings in your browser's site data. Saves are not shared with Android or other browsers. Ending a private browsing session or automatic browser cleanup may remove this data.

The web edition is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. The support website and privacy pages use Google's Firebase Hosting. To deliver pages, images and other files, these services process IP addresses and request information sent by your browser. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for information about these providers' processing.

The web edition uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to aggregate information such as page views and page load times, helping us understand usage and improve performance. Game save data is not sent for this analytics service. Cloudflare states that the service does not collect or use visitors' personal data or track individual users across websites. See About Cloudflare Web Analytics for more information.

2. Information used for advertising

The web edition displays no ads and does not initialize the advertising SDK, request ads or perform advertising consent checks. The following advertising information applies to the Android edition.

The Android edition uses Google's AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Watching rewarded ads is optional.

Information collected and shared by the advertising SDK may include IP addresses, interactions such as app launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information about operation and performance, and device or account identifiers such as advertising IDs. The information actually processed depends on advertising restrictions, device settings and other factors. An IP address may be used to estimate your general location. This information is used for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.

The app does not ask you to enter your age or date of birth. It applies restrictions appropriate for users under the age of consent to every user's ad requests. Personalized advertising is restricted, and the maximum ad content rating is Google's PG rating (which may include content requiring parental guidance).

The app uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update consent information at launch and only requests ads when the SDK indicates that it can do so. If the SDK determines that consent is required, it displays a consent form and manages your choices. When the SDK requires an entry point to change these choices, the game's Settings screen displays "Ad privacy settings". If consent checks or ad loading fail, you can continue using the other game features.

See Google's Privacy Policy for information about Google's processing, retention and deletion of data.

3. Support requests

Email addresses, message contents, attachments and other information included in support requests are used to respond and make necessary follow-up checks. Emails are processed through the email service providers used for this communication.

Support information is retained for as long as it is needed to handle the request and related checks, and deleted when it is no longer needed. If the law requires retention, it is retained for that period.

4. Deleting saved data

You can delete game data stored on your device by clearing the app's data in Android settings. Uninstalling the app also removes its local data. However, if an operating-system backup remains, saved data may be restored when the app is reinstalled. Check your device or backup service settings to manage backups.

To delete web saves, clear this website's site data in your browser settings. This also removes your progress and the record of using the initial crystal gift. Simply closing your browser normally does not delete this data.

Retention and deletion of advertising information processed by Google are governed by Google's policies and the settings Google provides.

5. Intended age group

The app is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13.

6. Changes to this policy

When information handling or app features change, this policy will be revised as needed. The revised text and its updated date will be published on this page.
